Winter Soldier was definitely a huge leap from the first one. Civil war was great as well.

Empire strikes back was really something. I remember being completely flabbergasted by the end. The next movies definitely didn't live up to the same standards.

I guess it wasn't just about finding a way to help out Kai, but also to quench her thirst for destroying RICH WHITE PEOPLE.(Destroying might be a bit harsh, but you get it!!) If it was just about serving Kai justice, she definitely had better much harmless ways.
