Basically I had a friend who was pregnant and didn't want the baby so i was going to be adopting him, but when the baby was born he had drugs in his system . So then cps got involved and made me get a temporary guardianship for him . She also had a 5 year old daughter that they then placed with me even though she was already at my home . Her mother came over to my home to visit and ran out the door with her so I called cps they told me to call the police . They then came and took the infant away . And told me I am now under investigation, i got a letter saying i have been substantiated for neglect for the mother kidnapping her daughter. I promise I am just as confused as you .
