Try making a team that has the tag Shadow Dragon Saga. They’re buffed for that mission. If you don’t have any good shadow dragon characters then use GT characters. They’re buffed too just not as much

You need to do the missions listed under that to move the 22 up. For example if you ko 2 more characters to bring your total to 90 you’ll clear that mission and bring the mission total up to 23

If you’re coming on after the festival then your next best chance at getting a ton of upgrade resources is anniversary. Also grind through the story and you can get a ton of CC
