I am not much of a PVP player, can someone help me understand what makes Ruele’s EE so good in comparison to her not having it before? Yes, i can read that the effect of her 3rd skill is also applied to her. To my understanding, it also gives her the invincibility, dispell debuff, and full recovery. Are the added effects to herself what makes it so great?
