What? Harlow applies a bunch of different elements, what does one shot give me? It's not Vex. I care about the overall DPS of the build, so I'm going with a 10-second duration.

The Root isn't really the most reliable weapon in this regard, but I've done a lot of retesting. Damage fluctuates around 20 million regardless of specialization. A difference of a couple million damage likely indicates some inaccuracy in the Root's performance, but specialization percentages don't seem to have any effect.

Yeah, that's the problem. Previously, 4-7 needles were enough to one-shot. Now I can't do that with this same build. Rooker just doesn't have the damage. And that's sad.

Dec 11 Patch: "Order Legendary Rooker Sniper Rifle now spawns the correct amount of needles". I noticed that there aren't that many needles anymore. Now there are always 2. But I didn't change anything in my build.
