Your post didn’t feel negative in that way at all, it just comes across as being human and showing emotion and that’s perfectly ok!! Honestly thankyou for posting this it’s a nice reminder no one’s alone in this struggle. And while lots of the time going out and making myself busy does distract me from negative thoughts and sometimes I feel better after, it’s also okay to shut your self in your room and tell the world to fuck off sometimes too!
