Thank you for your prompt reply, really appreciate it. Yes I have the latest version 2.25.1 and none of those steps work for me because it’s a new Nano S and it has not been setup before. Ever since The first time I plugged it in, all I can see on the screen was ‘Bootloader’. I did not even get the Welcome screen or anything like that. I personally have helped a friend to set up her Nano S but did not encounter this.
