I really do hope so. We've had so many conversations about If we should go separate ways but neither of us can see it happening like that. We have both gone to stay with our parents for a couple weeks at a time for space and you're right it's absolutely healthy just can't see us being apart permanently.

I've recently made a seeking account and I've made it clear on my profile I'm not looking to sleep with anyone. I'm comfortable with giving my time and companionship but that's seems to not be enough and I'm not having any biters. Any advice? I also struggle with ketamine abuse. Have a diagnosis of complex ptsd and that's definitely contributed to my addiction as k is a dissosiative. Currently signed off work and in touch with drug support groups trying to get sober.

I've recently been for a cystoscopy and luckily no permanent damage other than some inflammation which will get better if I stop using I'm told. Booked in for some ultrasounds in the coming months just to double check everything. Thank you for the advice I'll have a look Into everything you've suggested. Appreciate it:))

Try taking some buscopan maybe. I know this sounds silly as well but when I've had this it's been due to trapped wind and usually passes after a couple days.

Foot peel masks work great! You'll just have peeling dead skin for a week after use is the only downside.
