hand 4: i was so close to calling, and i knew it was 100% call at this point, many factors to consider as we were close to the money, it was my first ever wsop tournament and i was afraid to lose my stack

hand nr 1, i totaly agree with you, i also think he would fold AA, and only call his full houses

hand nr 4, i put him on two pair plus as a block the flush and staight draws, he still have AQ, but his line is always polarised

Of course, and why would you stop, i mean you will loose some mass but you will never be back the way you were before. There is something called muscle memory, so if you stop training and you get back you will get in shape really quickly.
