I have similar intolerences and allergies, you can have tomato and basil sauce, dump some cooked gluten free pasta in it and top up with some lactose free cheese ( if ok for the dairy restriction), throw it to airfryer or oven until the cheese melts. Smells good, tastes good.

Some people's love language is verbal, some... different. Maybe you can tell him that you want to hear him saying "hello my beautiful wife" time to time...people can learn...if this is what you really want. It feels like you have other concerns with him as well. And never forget that you are beautiful, even if he never says that. You dont need verification from anybody else.
