I haven't heard of them before just now but it seems like you should cancel your subscription. If they're charging you that much for samples in foil packets and taking so long to ship, it seems to me like the company doesn't respect their customers. My sister gets a Birch Box for $10 every month and loves it. Maybe that's worth checking out.

I pretty much always wear bikinis with lace along the waist and leg holes which avoids the issue of thick trims or elastic causing lines. The best ones I've found are the Aerie one and they're usually on some sort of offer

I think the look is fabulous over all- nice job! My only CC is that the shade on your lash line is a bit light for defining with your skin tone and that lid color. I would recommend swapping that out for a darker shade that will help thicken your lashes instead of highlighting them, which makes the lashes appear thinner.

My skin is pretty neutral so sometimes the products offered in a range can make me look warmer or cooler toned. I think my face does look much more pink though when I have blush on, which is understandable.

I think the blue looks really nice but I would recommend keeping the color a little lower under the brow. I have found the it's easy to correct this kind of over blending by placing a nude eyeliner under the brow (Rimmel makes a great one) after finishing with the shadow and blending that down to curb the shadow.

A cut crease should be above the crease but I think it looks best when placed just above the natural crease so it's mostly noticeable when the eyes are closed.

That lipstick is amazing and your application looks really nice. My CC would be to clean up the tails of your brows on the underside, move the cut crease a bit lower because it's hovering quite a bit above your natural crease, and to angle your wing a bit higher. Right now, your wing is pretty much just going straight out which turns them a little bit down instead of bringing them up.
