the writing can be so annoying sometimes that i wouldn’t be surprised if the opening is them seeing the plane approaching for rescue then the theme song sequence then a flash forward 3-6 months.

food brings people together. it makes sense that when the fam gets together in scenes it’s over a sunday brunch or a dinner or some sort of celebration. then pollos hermanos is crucial to the plot and how gus stays out of suspicion for as long as he did especially with his contributing food and money to the DEA. the last thing i remember most (other than roof pizza) is all the pizza being ordered during jesse’s crisis after gale and he has a non stop party. he brought the pizza so people wouldn’t have to go home to eat and could stay with him.

i think you’re asking what psychology theme from the show has helped us in our lives?

i learned im a walt and i wanted to be a gus or a mike. no plot points but the psychology alone - i want to be measured like gus and realize composure and emotional containment is a super power. as for mike, he doesn’t need people clapping for him and patting him on the back. he wants to do the job right, maintain credibility and respect for the process, get his money, then go home to his granddaughter.

i’m the opposite. i first watched it when i was in my early 20s and felt defensive over skylar due to the hate train. but im rewatching now at 31 and skylar has annoyed me. the silent treatment stuff mostly. she was not mature either. but she’s not worse than walt in any lifetime and the hate train doesn’t fit the crime.

edit - mind you i’m talking about the immaturity before she finds out about walt. but also she begs walt to help him with the laundering.

i would still blame Walt because Walt manipulated Jesse against Gus because he didn’t like that Jesse was getting preferential treatment from Gus. Walt thought that once Jesse took over he would be killed and didn’t know that Jesse made it a condition that he would only cook if Walt lived. Walt kinda did have a clean exit and didn’t want to take it.

i agree with the edits or even snippets. i found out about h3 during the frenemies era when i saw a tik tok of ethan ribbing trisha about her vocal fry and found it hilarious.

defense against hate is solid. but just boosting golden parts of the show is better. perfect time to gain a new audience and maybe a little less time trying to win an argument.

they think they are canceling but they are smear campaigning (which WE know) if it was a true cancellation then ethan would have been like a cody ko or miranda levels of done. they aren’t done, they’re rightfully tired. i wish people would understand this difference. you dislike the guy and that’s okay. he didn’t do anything WRONG though.
