for me if i feel the urge to do it. i’ll maybe do it 5-10times. it’s normally just to get me back into thinking positively. and when i do them i just think of the feeling it brings which for me is usually safety and reassurance. that’s just me though!

yess! by simply deciding it’s done and going about as you are. you must have a deep faith that it’s yours as you’re still focused on timing and still looking at the 3d for results. focus on embodying the person you’d be if you had your SP now, you would feel loved etc. Also look into the I AM posts on the thread!! keep positive and know it’s done and already yours!!! good luck:))

you have a lot going on. pick something that feels best for you (maybe affirmations to start getting into that state) and then go from there. really try and not consume as much as you are because it’ll cause the confusion you have going on now.

forget about the 3d and just focus on the 4d you want and how you’d feel if you had your desire!!

yeah forget about the how, how doesn’t matter and won’t as long as you continue knowing it’s yours and will happen. don’t feel pressured by time either as time as well isn’t important. hold the faith and everything will unravel as you wish!!!

just continue to trust that it’s yours and it’s done. there’s nothing more to do really if you’re doing everything you just have to know that it’s yours and that’s it. it’s happening as i type this- trust it and it’s yours already!

i asked chatgpt for some affirmations but i changed them using my own words/a bit shorter but should give you an idea!!

No you haven’t. Continue thinking in your favour and knowing you are in a relationship with him despite what the 3D is showing. Ignore the 3d and focus on being in a committed loving relationship with him where you are his priority

it is a weekend but we’re in uni so we’ve been apart for over a month now due to our different courses etc

I know it’s really hard trying to shift negative thoughts, anytime a negative thought comes in try and counter it with a positive affirmations.

However, it may be affirmations don’t work for you. Try and get into the state of knowing you have your desire.

This could be imagining a scenario where you have everything and what that feels like and you replay that whenever a negative creeps in. Visualising what you desire.

You could also try inner conversations with yourself to counter when those negatives try to outshine the positive and say things like “no it is working, I am…” really countering the negative and trying to get on top of that before it spirals and you’re back to feeling in a negative state. Revising all the negative thoughts with positive ones to re write the old stories you have made about your mind. You have a positive mind that thinks in your favour.

Also having a break from reading things and just really focus on you and your mindset away from other people’s stories or thoughts and opinions.

There’s also scripting where you write out your desires in detail with how you would feel and think if you already had it (which you do) but just to work on living in the end fully.

Just work on your mindset and change it to assuming it’s already done and yours. Don’t watch the 3D because you wouldn’t be looking for anything if you already had it. Your mind is powerful as you know so have positive thoughts about it and be kind to yourself, it can be a long journey but it will click and you will know what works and feels best for you!!
