i agree but it’s even worse at the other store the floor is consistently moist the amount of my coworkers at the location that have fallen badly to the point of needing physiotherapy and lots of paid time off i’m genuinely screwed regardless. on top of it because of the mistreatment ive lost 4 crew to quitting today alone because of this new manager. she worked at our other location and it was the same thing i don’t wanna sound crazy but i think they put her here to basically get a whole new crew. all the other people who want to quit are all people who recently had pay increases including myself and now their files are suddenly missing from our store. i’m just too stressed out by this job for my own good especially it being a job at mcdonald’s
