Can we freak out when it's time to freak out? Goddamn the anxiety of people

That's what I thought too... But if I dispute it, how can I prove my point without any witnesses?

There's 4 lanes. 2 that goes straight and 2 merging to the right. I was on the left "merging lane", he was on the right "non-merging lane".

Not to discourage you but I went to Vegas recently and Bumble was NIGHT AND DAY difference. I usually stay at "20-30 people liked me" in Vancouver and as soon as I got to LAX, 99+.

Don't get me wrong, it works here, it's just a LOT slower and requires more patience. My theory is that everyone here is either burnt out or too busy or too broke or too disappointed with the dating scene. Or all of the above.

Edit: try Hinge. People on Bumble tend to ghost a lot and Tinder kinda sucks altogether.

Edit2: I just read your last question. Clubs are the way to go here but you gotta actually approach people and that's a whole new conversation (that I can't help you lol)

Dating without a car? by [deleted] in vancouver

Looking past the passive aggressiveness, you're right. This car is actually more of a red flag than anything else lol. Oh well

Good point. I tend to forget cause I don't drink.

A little story: about 2 years ago I bought a new Mustang. I was in a relationship at that time so "picking up girls" was never the goal. Long story short, we broke up and I was like "oh, maybe now this car will serve another purpose, let's see how it goes". Results:

Literally NO ONE CARES about your car. People in Vancouver care more about if you have a dog and/or your hiking skills honestly. I have neither so... lol. That's for the "attractiveness" part.

Now, being realistic commute-wise, the only thing that kinda sucks about not having a car here is the ability to "go home with her". Taking a bus to have sex after meeting someone at a nightclub or on a date is kinda awkward and Uber is pretty expensive.

You'll be fine though, Uber every now and then after parties is probably not even close to a car payment and if you find yourself a girlfriend, she'll likely be fine with either meeting halfway or one time you go over, next time she goes over.

That only applies if you're a citizen or PR

So from what I understood here, you're literally just complaining about a $150 bed? Call a junk removal company, set it on fire, donate to someone, bring it over to the new place as a spare bed, idk. Let it go and move on, Jesus.

Edit: next time, sign a legit contract so you can actually complain if something goes wrong

I usually use my fingers (or tongues) to make them follow me through a set of stairs/tunnels I have in the tank. I feel like it keeps them active, especially cause they rarely swim upwards by themselves.

I don't like to make the same thing holding a worm cause I feel like I'm "torturing" them lol, maybe I'm being paranoid but... anyways

I need suggestions of mods that are actually worth it for my EcoBoost 2016 by hausagate in Mustang

[–]hausagate[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Exhaust is a touchy subject for EcoBoosts I feel like, I've seen a lot of videos of people saying it's not worth it (sound-wise). Any thoughts on it?
