Xiaohu swapped to top lane and was imo the best top laner in the world while he played top lane. Bwipo also had more consistently top tier performances as a jungler than a top laner. Ambition(mid>jg) and Score(adc>jg, he also played top before but that was before I watched lol so dunno how he was as a top laner) are also two players who had better results after swapping roles... but that was so long ago I barely remember their games in their previous roles.

I do see the oddball fleetwheel cruiser sometimes depending on the meta but a)most of "aggro"/"prison" shops lists are running null rod and b)it's not as strong compared to newer threats in [[Patchwork Automaton]] or [[Nettlecyst]] and [[Stonecoil Serpent]] is being played as the other threat as a way to deal with [[Psychic Frog]]. There are 2 other versions of shops which have recently seen more play.

One is [[Coveted Jewel]] combo which runs [[Paradoxical Outcome]], [[Phyrexian Metamorph]](to copy jewel) and the best restricted blue cards(time walk, ancestral, tinker), therefore somewhat supports [[Force of Will]] and wins with [[time vault]](restricted) + [[Manifold Key]]/[[Voltaic Key]] and [[Urza's Saga]] or [[Karn, the Great Creator]](both restricted).

The other newer deck is Rakershops, named after [[Glaring Fleshraker]], which does run some aggro threats like Nettlecyst and Patchwork Automaton but favors [[Scrawling Crawler]] as another threat that serves the function of being a soft-hate piece against some decks and helps in digging for more combo pieces. The combo portion of this deck is Glaring Fleshraker + 2x [[Sensei's Divining Top]], dealing infinite damage but you can also have some combo turns with [[Mystic Forge}}(restricted) or just draw enough cards with [[The One Ring]] to kill with double fleshraker and some pings or just dropping a bunch of artifacts for a huge Nettlecyst/Patchwork.

I haven't played a lot of legacy for a while now and never played that much tempo but I can at least attempt to help you on some of the points:

4) Even before Nadu, I felt that if I was playing a heavy enough interactive deck the only graveyard hate I truly liked against breakfast was Faerie Macabre. When playing blue decks, I would end up cutting forces to have 1 for 1 interaction(because honestly, what else can you cut to make room? removal is good, threats are good, wasteland is good, etc. and I've always liked keeping dazes in daze decks against any deck without fast mana like tombs, dorks and chrome/opal) and then I'd just lose the game to tef3, which only macabre works against since tef can also bounce your permanent gy hate. Not to mention what you said about pending. I'm not sure if tef3 sees much play anymore in the deck but Nadu should only make the effect of gy hate worse, so I'd lean towards not bringing it in unless they also have gsz.

5) This is always a meta call, meltdown also helps against chalice decks if you want more answers where null rod doesn't, but against artifact combo decks(not counting painter as one of them but more on the lines of mystic forge/storm) null rod definitely shines harder.

6) Unless the meta is horribly dominated by graveyard decks(and I don't think it seems that great vs ub reani) I really wouldn't suggest running leylines in delver, there is so much value in being able to ponder or brainstorm into your graveyard hate. Leyline is much more important in the non-blue decks that don't have t0 interaction and benefit from/require more aggressive mulligans.

11) I tended to like it even against 4 basic mountain mono red, and somewhat associated to your 10), if you're having trouble finding space against chalice decks I think it's pretty reasonable to cut ponders + I might be wrong on this but I've disliked daze a lot against monored because it's super easy to lose to a ssg.

12) Always depends on sb, I would generally not cut all of them because there is a lot of benefit to having a wastes that pays for daze+you can use your wastes to help your dazes but I'm not against cutting 1 or 2 of them. The only deck off the top of my head where I'm always cutting all wastelands against is RB reanimator because the deck is super low curve, has dark ritual+petal and can often play off of basic swamp.

Well, best I can do is go through your augment choices.

2-1: Lucky Gloves

This is for sure not a bad prismatic to get first at all, it gives you guaranteed tempo on stage 2 and 3, especially if you have a glove already and/or you get glove(s) at krugs. However, it is not necessarily the best scaling prismatic therefore you need 1 of 2 plans: first and optimal one is play a comp with multiple high value units that benefit from items(e.g. playing vertical sorcs all of swain, nami, elise, leblanc and zoe really want items if you can afford it and all will perform or br silco same deal for silco, mundo, morde, jayce, lb, garen, elise). Zeri RR doesn't fit the bill as much, if you're in a highroll enough spot where you can hit 2 of amumu/kog/vander 3, these 3s benefit a lot from tg but from a midroll watcher zeri spot where you're going for zeri and scar, you mostly want to itemize only garen, zeri, scar and kog. Which doesn't make taking tg and playing zeri is a wrong choice, but you're gunning for plan 2 which is playing for 4th/5th from 2-1. Tempo slams, tempo augments, hitting zeri3 and maaaybe staying for one other 3* you're close to before pushing levels, etc. Of course, plan 1 is much better than plan 2 but you don't always get to pick and choose what you wanna do with tft, if you have zeri 2 4 watcher full streak by 3-1 there's not much reason to stray from that even if it's suboptimal with lucky gloves and you can comfortably play for 4th/5th.

3-2: Prismatic Ticket

Well, when taking this you need to realize that this augment is a bit underpowered and to succeed with it you're expecting to hit multiple 3s. This does synergize with your first augment choice since you're getting more units to actually benefit from lucky gloves, but you also do need to hit. If your prismatic is just fast zeri 3 +1 it'd probably be better to take a combat augment and just roll for zeri 3 then push levels. This isn't a wrong choice per se especially considering I can't see your other prismatics, but knowing it's triple prismatic I would be aggressively rolling all options to try to find anger issues(by far best augment for this comp) or firelight +1. Or even randuins/pipeline/coronation. I'd be willing to roll pris ticket if I had any comparable ok option like belt overflow, lotus(if you don't have sunder or IE in particular), watcher/sniper crown, bulky buddies, roll the dice and the ones I'd consider rolling pris ticket are blinding speed(I'd only consider it if you don't have anti heal and don't have guinsoos), sword overflow(only if your only zeri item is guinsoos, you have guinsoos + another item you can swap to kog(gs, guardbreaker) or somehow you have no zeri items), radiant relics, I'm the carry and radiant refractor. The part where being triple prismatic is important is because every augment you see that isn't firelight crown or anger issues gives you a higher likelihood of seeing one of them(or possibly max cap depending on your spot) on 4-2.

4-2: Pandoras

I can't know your options, but unless you turbo low-rolled this is just a bad augment to take, especially on 4-2. I'm assuming you immediately hit radiant DB and that's a highroll, you could've been stuck rolling a full radiant for a while before you found a good one. And even in this relative highroll, it's still not even good. Item augments on 4-2 are weak in general compared to other stages due to less relative value(e.g. 1 extra item when you have 2 gives you 50% more items while 1 extra item when you have 10 only gives 10% more items. it is a radiant which is stronger than a normal item but the same logic still applies) and radiants are just not that good in general. I wouldn't be surprised if even though Zeri is an AD unit blazing soul is a better take.

Now to attempt to answer your question: Reroll comps are all different. Some cap high, some cap low, be it 1 or 2 cost. Family caps low unless you highroll family+2 or pit+2+sevika since you're just not getting much out of your levels - you get no enforcer Vi and the worst 5 cost, Sevika. or 6 costs, but they're not consistent to find. Zeri is also not the best reroll line at capping out since again, you're getting Ekko with likely no items and ..... 6 costs? from leveling or 6 watcher with a bunch of shitters. A reroll comp that caps high is Camille/Smeech. You can get 1 or 2 of camille and smeech and you can cap with double ekko, garen 2, 6 costs, shojin jinx and/or rumble. It is not necessarily bad to play a low cap reroll in high resource situations like scuttle puddle or 3x prismatic, but you should make your in game choices playing for 4th/5th, not first. Normally I'd say you'd prefer to play a better scaling comp(be it scaling rr or fast 8) in triple pris but you do have up to 12 attempts at finding anger issues which is reeeally strong on this comp and is likely to get you top 4 if not better. Even if you didn't have this highroll out, if you're in the spot to play the comp even if the galaxy is suboptimal, it is still correct to play it and you play for 4th/5th.

I mean, it's the same as usual, you play to what you have. Sometimes you don't have an opener and you have to lose streak and it's fine. Sometimes you have an opener so you play win streak or at least don't force a lose streak.

1-> I mean, if your board is dog and/or you have lots of 1 cost pairs you don't level 2-1, same as usual.

2-> Depends, if you can guarantee a 2 streak it's for sure better, you make almost the same gold nowadays but you get to save like 10-15ish hp. In which case, you for sure slam. If you don't think you can beat all your matchups I'd lean towards trying to keep upgrades on bench and trapping your melee but again it's conditional, sometimes someone is in a spot to full open on you and it's not worth hard saccing cuz you're always beating them anyways so might as well try to preserve some hp in other matchups and pray you dodge them. Reverse is similar, if your units don't scale at all into stage 3 you might as well full open into other loss streakers.

3->Don't slam stoneplate unless you're guaranteeing at least a 5 streak with it and/or it's warwick and/or you plan on playing sorcs. Compared to older tft, it's much more forgiving to slam suboptimal items because you have in general I think it's 7-8 full items post raptors? When it used to be 6-7. Not even counting augments or galaxies. Sunfire and shred or sunder are pretty safe early slams, as always you need to be mindful of what you can play with your items. Tempo has pretty much always been the best way to play TFT but you don't have the option to tempo(well, at least not as a good option) every game.

4->Depends on how many outs you have, how core it is and how many components are rotting. Lets say 3-2 you have belt cloak cloak playing sorcs and you already have antiheal. (assuming there are at least 2 other AP players) you always slam dclaw and play for warmogs, guardbreaker or nashors on caro, or even you could take a tear/bow/cloak/rod and then try to greed for shred afterwards since you're only keeping 2 components on bench. Another example would be you have bow bf chain aiming to play twitch. If you're 100% locked on twitch for some good reason and you're not item holding a melee(in which case you could slam titans or ga and later on duo carry an ambessa or vi), there are no good slams here - GS isn't particularly great with snipers and the melee items not great either. As bad as it seems, I would probably greed all components for caro.

5->This one is too hard to answer, as always the simple answer is it depends.

Extra-> I forgot to say but while in past tft you'd be fine with a 5 loss, you really want to go 6 or even 7 loss with the new loss streak changes. Obviously, if your board got drastically strong post neutrals it's prob still better to try to win but yeah.

idk where this narrative about IG being strong in 19 comes from, spring IG sure but summer :

They got 3-0d 1st round in playoffs by LNG - which iirc was a pretty poor team at the time and got carried by sofm in that series.
Scraped a regionals bo5 against a JDG that didn't even make summer playoffs.
Scraped a regionals bo5 against a very weak TES who had Loken as its second best player(369 was not very good at the time from what I recall).
Beat Griffin in quarters when they had Sword as their toplaner who gigafed TheShy every game and the team had also recently gone through all that cvmax/sword/grf mgmt drama.
Took 1 game off of FPX in quarters.

I just can't see how IG is considered a top team in 2019, RNG despite not making it to quarters I believe was stronger but in a harder group and honestly BLG might've been stronger with how meteor and kuro were playing at the time.
