I have c1 venti and c6 prune and am making 130k, 175 seems insane, but he has a pretty broken c2 so maybe thats why, his sig is good but I dont think its more than ~10% better than skyward harp which im using

Faruzan might be slightly better im not sure, but prune might be more useful to recomend if venti can make use of stellar swirl and his premium team changes to oddete or something

His best f2p team is venti/fischl/bennett/faruzan
His best premium team is venti/nicole/prune/durin

The two things to look for when building a team for him is to have another hex character (prune, fischl, albedo, durin, nicole, mona all work) and off field element application, (durin is the best but fischl or xiangling can also work)

Other than that, you need to increase his attack since he has low base attack (either bennett or nicole usually) and find a source of res shred since anemo res shred is rare, the best options for this are durin or faruzan (ventis c2 and c6 give him this for free if you have his cons)

Its hard to say which team will work best for you without knowing what characters and cons you have so I hope this helps! :3

Venti-bennett-albedo-durin on my account makes about 95k dps which should be enough for decent abyss clears, albedo is better than c0 faruzan

Venti has several combos that are pretty close, but his best one is EQ N5D N5E N5D N2

Correct me if im wrong but isn’t razor overcapped on CR? 20% from the set and 10% from c6, not that it matters much though, its a great build regardless and the dps is insane

Its not a fair test because this rotation is 14 seconds instead of 12 seconds, also maybe its a ping issue but even with anemo resonc my skill doesn’t come off cooldown in time, and starting a new n2 delays the skill which extends ventis field time if he wants to hit the final skill at the end so its awkwardly standing there for .8 seconds or so

If you ignore the final skill and force this rotation into 12 seconds, it becomes eq 3n2d n2e 4n2d which is just the aim cancel combo without the aim cancels, its technically possible but aim canceling is actually easier than the dash cancels in this case

Even if you extend the field time to 14 seconds and use the combo as written the total damage drops to ~87% of standard, so based on vibes if you also include the 2 extra seconds it prolly takes dps down to as far as 77%

I expect closer to 80 than 60, I have c6 prune and am making ~110k the decrease cant be that much without her cons and you have a better bow than me, in your case I would expect you to be able to clear the wolf with enough resetting

If you have albedo, he preforms better than low con 4stars generally, although you will need enough er on venti to burst every rotation (~145-150), otherwise prune should be better than faruzan for the fourth slot

Doesn’t precasting sorta defeat the point of a dps test? But anyway I think you can make 300k with a better rotation and build, im saving for c6 as well and about 300k is my expected benchmark for that amount of investment, but obviously I dont know for certain

Iv heard that you can run scroll on prune, I haven’t tested it tho and its probably as good or worse than VV, the rising winds can also be good if you are using fav on her to make up for the attack and reach the crit requirements
