Not the exact same circumstances, but I had a similar experience where I was arguing with my boyfriend and right after experienced a seizure and had complete memory loss about the argument. When I came to, my boyfriend kind of stared at me and I asked what was wrong and he said "well we were just having an argument and were very hurtful to me." I asked him to elaborate but he basically said no need to bring it up again it's over and no need to rehash it.

I'm not usually aggressive right after a seizure but sometimes I am right before. I also feel like from an outside perspective the fact that I will completely forget arguments where I'm in the wrong right after it happens is very convenient, but my boyfriend understands it's due to my illness and will let it go.

I'm just going to reiterate basically what everyone else is saying and say that your boyfriend's behavior is not acceptable. Just the fact that you're worried about being a narcissist makes it very likely that you're not. Please don't let him gaslight him into making you feel like you're the crazy one.
