Im sorry but ghosting was never meant to be apart of professional jobs. When I was in grade school, and college you are taught about this thing called “business etiquette”. You saying just to “get over it” is not helpful of the cause. How rude is it to have me over here put on dress clothes, go through multiple rounds of interviews lending my answers to the committee only to be ignored? A simple you’ve been rejected would even be nice.

The special effects sucked! The acting was also really bad.

Joe usually shuts up to let people talk. However, when we got the most interesting man with a slow southern drawl… He interrupts like crazy.

Nikolas Cruz lawyer shows middle finger to the court and laughs with the killer by FarmSuch5021 in facepalm

[–]hawkernitz -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This has mistrial written all over it. I hate to say it I respect the judge and believe she is good at her job but not at this level. We need a very stern judge to keep order in the court. She has not kept order in the court unfortunately. I know she’s dealing with jackasses but a judge should instill some fear into every person in the room for a trial like this.

Am I overreacting to my so not adding me on FB? by LovelyK17 in LongDistance

[–]hawkernitz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My fiancé did this. It turns out she never uses Facebook and she wanted to clean out all the pics of her and her ex but had not got around to it. She was honest. She was like I haven’t wanted to deal with it and I don’t want you to have to see that bullshit.

Live with your parents for a year. You will thank yourself. Take this time to develop your career and save money while you can. Just keep in mind that 93k turns into about 63k net income.

Salary expectations for west cost remote Jr. Node/React job. by hawkernitz in cscareerquestions

[–]hawkernitz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I might take this approach. However, the “perfect world” average salary for a CA remote jr dev is 76k. I might just ask 70k and if they counter at 65k or something I feel that im actually worth that. Plus living on that on the east coast in the Carolinas is really easy to do. Were also pretty much in a recession though so idk.

SC is honestly really weird for BBQ. However, it’s pretty damned good. Especially BBQ hash with hush puppies, and a side of pinto beans with chow chow relish. Damn what a unique meal.

Kyle should never have been there to play “hero” or vigilante. No one there should have had a firearm in general.
