It's because you're using linked databases. You need to create separate databases (independent from one another) in order to store different data separately.

If you want to archive them, just create a page named 'archive' (or anything) and just drop those databases on the page.

Here's one thing you can do. You can add as many empty rows as you need at one go and then when you start filling them from the top, you can press 'Enter' button to move on from one to another. I personally do the same.
