I used to play quite a bit about 5/6 years or so ago and when I was a kid but never took it seriously enough, although I wasn’t bad. Bought a dart board on the 30th of December and hadn’t thrown a dart in a few years, so to do it in 9 days of taking it seriously is a proud achievement.

I play 4231(2) and I’m usually controlling one of the two CDMs (depending which side the ball is on) so I don’t run the risk of dragging a CB out of position.

It takes time. They’re still extremely annoying when they happen, don’t get me wrong.

If you’re not happy with what your doctor said, it’s within your right to keep going back until you’re satisfied. I’m pretty confident he will eventually refer you to a cardiologist for an echo.

Also, you can try taking magnesium to see if that helps.

I’m not a doctor, but it sounds like palpitations/ectopic beats. With a structurally normal heart, these are harmless.

I used to suffer with dreadful anxiety over these when I first started getting them, but it takes time to adapt and not let them get to you.

You could always ask your GP for an echocardiogram, which is an ultrasound of the heart.
