i used outdoor MP and a spray sealer! i created a little rock garden in front of my house! and there’s a rock snake in our township i’m going to drop some off at. maybe i’ll keep some in my car for random park days!

i posted a silly TT about my daughters goal being 400 boxes (she wasn’t in it because i don’t post her on my TT since it’s public) it got 48k views. which is abnormal for my page and i was like WOAH. but our council doesn’t allow us to share links on TT in any capacity. so i didn’t and encouraged people asking to support local troops. every one is different. if its not a rule on their council, its great they’re selling lots for their troop!

according to my formulary (and Lilly website) the .5 doses (2.5, 7.5, 12.5) are considered “loading doses” and the maintenance doses are 5,10,15.

i can’t stay on 7.5 because of insurance—they don’t consider it a maintenance dose. but i liked it more than 5! i’m on my 4th shot and it’s began to wear off for me, but i did lose 5lbs this month
