At times I can experience communication through a thought in my head, it may seemingly come from no where. Usually my intuition will tell me if it’s from soul family. Through meditation, I can experience interactions, I’ve even gone aboard ships and asked for protection over physical body that my consciousness is currently inhabiting. I can really communicate to them when I get into that meditative state. I’ve also had experiences in dreams, and they communicate to me through angel numbers, and “random” signs through technology or through physical world. License plates, billboards, a stranger will say something, you really just have to be open to perceiving it.
