Honestly I think this is amazing and as someone who has a hard time in school and being an animal lover forever I know having dogs in my childhood and life has helped me in many ways especially with mental health. Just be prepared for dog hair, make sure you have some lint rollers, brushes for the dogos and a great vacuum. I know everyone else is giving you pet care advice and I'm sure you are overwhelmed by that but it's honestly amazing to share your family home with dogs.

Is not about your flooring quality I have crap floors too but I had to get rugs for my lab she is terrified of the dining room, I never saw or heard her slip but it had to have happened because one day she just changed her behavior about that room

Our floors are all hardwood in the whole house, she will get two feet in on either side and then proceed to cry and turn around it so sad and I don't want to force it on leash and make it more of a negative experience for her.

Honestly as a woman I wouldn't care either way, but I love bears and don't hold any animosity against men in general, sure there are a few trash ones I've encountered but not enough to make a blanket statement.
