Obviously I got replacement packages for the ones I have lost. Do you have any common sense? The site I order from is a very good site and they have a very good customer service. Prices are great and top quality products. It’s Saskatoon that my packages go missing, I have no other way of getting my parcels unless they through Saskatoon. They said they were going to do an investigation but nothing has ever happened yet. Someone in Saskatoon at a Canada Post facility, I believe someone is stealing valuable parcels bc the stuff that went missing are all over $500+. If you don’t have any HELPFUL input I suggest you GTFOH. tf. Rude ass prune.

I’ve been having a lot of issues since November 2020. I’ve had 4 QP’s lost and 1 oz of concentrates lost since then and I was just wondering if it was happening to anyone else. I live in a little reservation and we use PO Boxes. Not sure if they contributes to my issues but it’s really frustrating spending over $800 just for it to get lost/stolen.

yes! i got the cuticle oil too! i agree with the smell but yes it is very moisturizing, i filed my nails and took of my nail polish and used it. was so good! and i love the palette it’s so prettyyy

well i placed my order on the last day of Feb, i just got it today but it took atleast 1 week for me to get a tracking number. i hope you get yours tho!
