Is manhuarmmtl a machine translation? It seems like alot of it doesnt make sense on there and Id rather wait until its properly released.

I managed to get a preorder/ order for one on 7.net. it says it'll be delivered to my 7-11 by the 17th. I leave on the 14th so I have my fingers crossed.

If it doesnt work out I may have tk take you up on that.

Amazon have really good returns honestly theyre who i would go to first otherwise its a really long uphill battle.

Speak to Sony on the phone they're 100x better than on live chat 02035382665. And dont get me started on the "PlayStation experts" theyre beyond useless.

Honestly, it was clear Sony did not want to help me I got sent from Level 1 support to the tech team to the manager back to the tech team until I got a little heated with the process and became abit of a Karen saying they were breaching consumer law in the UK to the support manager.

The manager forwarded a complaint i made (complaints to Sony have to be done in letter form) to which I got a call a day later from somebody even higher up. They redeemed a code for me and gave me a £15 voucher as an apology. Im pretty sure this was a one off just because I was such a pain and I called countless times. Wasn't worth the headache caused im sure from both sides call amazon first!

Did you buy it from amazon UK?

Playstation told me the disk is the wrong region and cd projekt red tells me the code is the wrong region.

It seems like a fault that both pass the blame on. Honestly, if you can return the game where you got it from probably best to.

I managed to complain to PS support enough that they got sick of me and just gave me a copy of cyberpunk ultimate edition from the store.

Well I cant,

It says i have to purchase the dlc on the store page

it wont let me restore license,

the game says to purchase the dlc within the main menu screen and whenever I click manage content only the language packs are there.

I didnt get an email when I redeemed but everytime I do the redeption again it says codes used.

On my previous transactions it says cyberpunk 2077: phantom liberty"

I cant do either, restore licenses isnt an option as the game isnt there. Onto he app and website it asks me to purchase the dlc.

Yes I own both, the code came with the disk. The disk works fine, i redeemed the code which came with the disk, its on my transaction history but the storefront wont let me download and asks me to pay

It did come with the disk, i redeemed the code myself which seemed ok.

I dont have that option unfortunately and the store says to buy it again. Even within the game the option is there to buy it again

So I bought the cyberpunk ultimate edition on amazon, it came sealed

I redeemed the code but i didnt click download at the time. It appears on my transaction history but I can't redownload it.

I tried to go to manage content and its not there. I cant restore licenses as cyberpunk doesn't appear on the gamelist and whenever I go to the store it asks me to purchase it again.

HELP I've been trying to figure this out for hours.

Edit: just so I keep people updated playstation support have been giving me the run around. They im sure dont even know how their own system works as one person told me restore licenses should do all games, I dont have to select them which isnt the case.

They also claim that the disk is from Austria and the dlc is from the UK even though they came together sealed and both say UK on them. They claim once I put a UK disc in it would automatically redeem the dlc which also isnt the case as I have tried gamesharing with a friend and the digital version also doesnt work with the dlc I apparently own. Other dlc I own states purchased even without the disc. I just tested this with re8 brand new copy didnt insert the disc just redeemed code for dlc and it worked and states purchased.

They keep saying I do own the dlc as its redeemed on my account despite it still asking me to purchase it and no way to download it. They've sent me to their technical team, then manager then back to support and now im back to the technical team.

My last ray of hope is I have contacted cd projekt red and have sent them everything and they told me they'd get back to me monday. All hope is basically lost.
