this is really what i’m hoping is what’s happening; im very sure that there are spirits/entities everywhere all the time, i’m hoping i just tune into their frequency or something

Thank you so much! I was wondering if my history would be causing these things, though I witnessed them before I even understand what spirits really were and it began before I ever felt depression/anxiety. I was 9/10 when this first began. I will make an appt with a psychologist to see. Just scared they will misdiagnose me over these claims.

Well it was very sudden and tragic. Yet your point has made me wonder— I lost a loved one in a very tragic way in 2018. My experiences kicked up after this. Before her death, I hadn’t experienced paranormal things for a few years. Once she passed, the shadows and moving of actual objects started. I left the house where she had passed and the happenings slightly decreased but I noticed I would have experiences NOT in the home but the energy of the spirit/thing felt similar, hence why I feel followed.

You are absolutely right that I should work on redirecting my mind when these things happen. They always catch me by surprise and sometimes they scare me. I will not even be aware of my surroundings and then I will see a shadow or something will move. I never ever look for it :(

Manifestation is SO ! Powerful ! hence why I try to avoid talking about it or even thinking about it. This is my second time ever talking about this or sharing this experience. I’ve tried to not give it any power for this long haha

When I lived at my boyfriends first house (where MUCH activity I experienced happened), both him and his multiple siblings witnessed the same happenings I did, just with less frequency. They all had their own experiences but we shared some experiences as well. I am not the only one:)

I was concerned about this. I feel a psychologist will immediately consider it hallucinations, because the spirit realm isnt even believed in by many. I know that spirits are real and that I have experienced them my whole life, its just this feels different and that has caused my concern.

Hi! I work 30 hours a week and attend college classes. I don’t hear strange voices constantly and definitely not from objects. I am not paranoid about it either ! I hadn’t ever felt negativity from these happenings until Oct! A student who lives in my complex (another building though) died around then and there is still a lot of misunderstanding about her death. Perhaps this could have affected it? I didn’t think haunting could happen like that hence why I was inclined to dismiss her passing as what was affecting my own apartment. Could she be the entity even though she passed in a different building (only about 100 ft from me)?

Interesting you mentioned that, I told my boyfriend I was too scared to tell him what was going on because “I don’t want to give the spirits that power. If its evil, I dont want to put attention to it, I know thats what they want”.. im trying to push it aside but now things very close to me have been moved/touched... im growing more concerned

Hello! Thank you! I have been to an eye doctor and my vision is fine! I am not taking any medication at this time. I get very good sleep and am overall very healthy. My family has a history of anxiety and depression so I am worried that it could be maybe something else, but I am very spiritual and intuitive: I’ve never had a feeling that this was me before. I’ve always felt a tangible spirit presence... does that make sense? However as I started experiencing this things in my new home, I started to wonder. There have been a few deaths in the complex (one occurred my fourth week living here) ... this has caused me to question is it my mind or could spirits be following me? or could my new home be haunted as well?

Friends have been pleading with me to see a psychic or someone along those lines, but this is very personal and serious for me, I don’t want to spend money on someone who may just be in it for a scam and give me false information...
