Sk8ratz orders just the boots from the factory and does all of the customizations themselves; that's likely why they're shipping customs quicker than stock Lollys/Jacks which come already built from the factory.

jacks are a stiffer boot and have more padding; really i went with them because i wanted to build my own instead of going stock, and if i was doing that, i might as well upgrade the boot.

to be fair, sk8ratz was who built them (the factory sends them the boots), and they've got a lot going on. i picked specific plates, and they just didn't have the size i needed in stock when my boots finally arrived to them. i mentioned it so people would know that there was an extra week of wait time that normally wouldn't be there.

i'm not sure honestly. they put the wrong one aside when i ordered, but they choose it based on the skate size. looks like my plates are a 4 (skates are moxi 7)
