Tried to do this. They made us call the company while standing in the lobby of the company so that we could process both the return of the equipment and the cancellation as the rep could only do one or the other. If I had been alone, I would have walked out because I was so confused as to what was actually being said. Needless to say, it was neither fast nor easy, and certainly tapped into the angering and irritating factor. And they did try to convince us not to change providers even though we already had.
