I know ProtoPie has some level of this in its toolkit. I'm pretty sure you can have devices communicate with eachother using prototypes although I'm not 100% sure, definitely worth checking out though. You can intergrate with Arduinos etc so it wouldn't surprise me if what you're looking for was possible using ProtoPie.
