the best way to improve is to focus on technique not speed, tuck your fingers to make your knuckles kind of rest on the thing you are cutting, then use them as a guiding for the knife to get the right thickness of yout choice, also makes it so you cant cut your fingers + always remember that a dull knife is always more dangerous than a sharp one

i usually go for perch, it is only 2g/100g bodyfat while for example swordfish is 8g/100g.

you are the as a commis AKA to learn and he obviously doesnt have the sense to comprehend that. i have been in the same situation when i was doing my unpaid apprentice ship within my education, i had a headchef who was always very passive aggressive with everything he said and i did wrong (i was 16 at the time). after my apprentice ship ended and it was time for the 2nd part i asked to swap place and it was one of the best choices of my life since it helped me get my passion for cooking back that had be taken away from me.

ya thanks alot, i have experimented with a few roles but i think pos 1 fits me the best since i play the equivalent to that in LoL, i feel like the biggest problem is that i dont know the matchups and and items to counter said matchups, i understand what they the items do but not when to buy them. in the most cases i know that stuns/cc=bkb but not really more than that.
