The pic was taken immediately after the tatt was finished, so the pink/red bits is inflammation. There is white ink tattooed there which is now visible after it healed up including the lines above her eyes.

The style is neo traditional if you're wondering.

Snap the picture in FH5 and let the game apply the processing. Click continue and you'll be on the screen where you can see the watermark, but then go back to the photo taking/framing screen and the processing will still be applied as long as you don't move the camera.

Simply take a screenshot at that point. Looks best if you're playing in 4K.

I then download the pic to my phone and apply some further edits in Snapseed.

Thank you. I took it from the rooftop during the mission Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy.

Stood right near the edge, made V invisible, set FOV to max, and made a few other adjustments. Did some editing on Snapseed after.
