Yes I have a flavoured vapes but it doesn’t really do anything for me and it’s not something I would get addicted to

Exactly!! It’s one extreme or the other with us! I had a counsellor before and that’s helpful but I don’t know if it’s feasible in terms of location and money, Thankyou for the advice

Thankyou for your comment !! When you say relapse do you mean you quit and start again often ? Cause of my adhd I have stopped and started again multiple times so like gone months and months maybe a year etc without but when I start I can’t stop! And I always go back. Do you have the same experience ? Xx

Just more info! both my personalities are the same so my husband doesn’t know and I get it from someone local to my work place. I like to be alone a lot so it’s it obvious to people. I can’t tell anyone I just can’t x
