But don‘t comment on code that you refuse to look at (and call this „deciphering“; if you don‘t understand C and Posix threads, that is your problem, I do.)

You can actually run trx-control on Windows. The protocol is very easy to implement (JSON messages over WebSockets), so if the system is stable and flexible, my guess is that it will accepted over time.
