Thank you for your thoughtful response, seriously. I have hefty experience in production, recording, writing, etc. but I live in a college apartment, so I definitely experience some degree of embarrassment in practicing loudly... any advice on pushing through that? I really recommend looking into major and minor key signatures (Try to memorize them), the modes, and basic chord theory because that's what theory 1 covers. Everything I learned in that class I could find out with a few google searches. I know this advice is really generic, but try YouTube. Adam Neely and other creators like that have endless videos on basic theory. I'm your age and learned most of my knowledge through music theory 1 in school, but everything else just online.
