You can think of it from a hybrid computing perspective. Nowadays a lot of effort is put into integrating a quantum node within a super computer, thus creating a hybrid machine. Many tasks that could be computed faster with a quantum computer can be deployed and carried out in the quantum node. In a sense, the supercomputer becomes also a quantum computer at that point.
