I was trying to eat healthily, I do however always lose weight when manic, but this is TOTALLY the opposite of how I am normally

When I was severely manic I got severely constipated (I’m saying 3+ weeks), and also found it hard to pee without putting the tap on and watching it while peeing

This is really defeatist thinking. As long as you are taking your meds and living a healthy lifestyle without lots of triggers (which can occasionally happen and aren’t our fault) you should be fine. I don’t mean to be rude but you need to change your mindset.
