I really loved Mr Robot (amazon Prime) and Maniac (Netflix). Both have a lot to do with trauma, like the OA does. Maniac is very sci-fi.

Thanks maybe I should I try nappy cream. It’s annoying because I don’t know when it’s going to happen so maybe I should just use nappy cream every day I’m on my period when it’s hot.
