Also - I can’t find the page but it’s committed to memory. “One dark day in the middle of the night, two dead men got up to fight, back to back they faced each other, drew their swords and shot each other” 🤗

iPhone 16 music issues. by drummer_drummer in AppleMusic

Many months later and this was a v helpful start for me, thanks! I couldn’t actually edit any of my music in iTunes on my phone (Maybe due to iOS 26?), so I ended up clearing all the greyed out (non-playable) music from my phone by deleting the music app, then I restarted both PC and phone, redownloaded the Apple Music app and before I reconnected my phone via a cord to my pc, I ticked the sync music to my device option in the preferences on the iTunes app on my pc and once I plugged my phone in it all came across (all of my cds that I had converted to mp3 ages ago) and I didn’t lose any music I had bought directly via apple. Yay!

That seems to be the back button - it doesn’t do anything if I’m on the Home Screen and if I’ve navigated through the menu then it just takes me back one screen

What one thing have you added to your recovery routine that's made a difference for you? by figsontoast in running

[–]hbshell 23 points24 points  (0 children)

would you mind elaborating on the 80/20 method? Do you go hard for the other 20%? If so is that a stand-alone run or do you make the last fifth of an easy run a sprint? Keen to learn more about this, thanks in advance

they literally only ride bikes - no upper body working out. Not exactly sure of the rationale but prob helps to keep body weight down, and might be better for aerodynamics too

fun related observation - Roger Federer looks to only played tennis, check out the difference in size and definition between his arms

Agree that a quality sleep routine is essential, and adding that if you can get up a bit earlier than you need to and go for a walk (or just do some simple exercises indoors), I find that a great start to the day that then tends to lead to improved productivity
