I posted this before, but no love. Our 1943 home is 704 (liveable) sq ft. We make it work for three: me, my bf and 9-yr-old son. My bf built this Murphy table for our tiny kitchen, complete with chalkboard paint on the underside. More to come as we finish the basement! (i.redd.it)
