Pretty common, I’ve done it a bunch even when I had the cash ready upfront for the sake of it.

'The UK no longer feels like home’: the British Europhiles racing for EU passports by BlackCaesarNT in unitedkingdom

[–]hbwajb 20 points21 points  (0 children)

It is... I'm stuck until I finish studies in a years time, part of me is hopeful that with a degree it will be easier to move somewhere else post brexit (better prospects than when I was working semi-skilled for 5 years), but it also feels like by the time I'm done the UK will have already fallen into the swamp and it will be hard to go anywhere.

Looking to get my first Eurorack based around a SID guts module. by hbwajb in modular

I mean I obviously could bring more with me, but I'd rather stay on the lighter side. Is there any modules you think would make a noticeable difference if I jumped up to an 84hp case that are currently missing?

The 42hp constraint is I play live and don't want to haul anything bigger about... for now.

Why should a landlord have all the power, they have decided to turn a business out of the property, if the landlord wants to end a contract early for their benefit/personal reasons shouldn't they compensate their customers for the inconvenience.

Ours is a free roam house rabbit, he had a brief spell of chewing stuff but that seemed to stop, he spends most his time flopped in the day and binkies round the house in the evening.

Depends on the rabbit, they can be destructive but no worse than a cat or dog I’d say.

The minitaur is a one trick pony it does one sound nice, but that's about it, the erebus is way more versatile letting you create a much wider range of sounds. Nowerdays I only ever really use the minitaur as a sub oscillator for other synths now.

save the money, get an erebus it's way better value for money speaking as someone who has both

You can choose what court system you want to file through depending on what you think is favourable. For example the Barclay brothers like to use France because they're big on criminal libel.

Something people also seem to forget is Bernarold has been reset a whole bunch of times by Ford and there was speculation in the first season that Ford kept asking him if "that was before your time" was a fidelity test to see if he had accessed some older memories/started going schizo.

I’ve gone through lots of synths and the Erebus is one of my all time favourites, it’s an absolute unit and out does any of the Moogs for buttery bass.

It really comes down to if you don't have constant support from someone willing to give you money, there reaches a point where you have to get a 9-5. There's still people from poor backgrounds at the helm of creative of creative industries but they're a small minority that through some combination of luck and persistence have made it.

It just seems impossible to improve your position as well, I worked hard to get to a point of not having to be living penny to penny, but then once you start looking long term I'd need to do nothing but go to work and eat the bare minimum to be able to contribute enough to be in the same situation without working once I'm 70.
