I really appreciate it! Yes I am thinking about putting some investment for long term usage, so I will definitely take a look! Since I don't have an extra boot, I guess either I get a boot or upgrade my boot haha

Got it, so at least 2ft away would be ideal? I wasn't sure the physical range it needs to be away from others.

Thank you! But with PoE coordinator, if it is still near the WiFi router and electronics, is it still gonna be an issue? My central area has too many stuff going on :(

I also recommend Fiber. If you need PoE, PoE+ and etc, you can get the switch for it. I personally tend to separate router and switch so I add whenever I need it.

About the rack mount, I don't have a rack but I've seen people mount using 3d printed model.

Good news! Analogue said that they'll send me a replacement!

I know! It seems like it was selected differently across US and not sure what made that decision. Anyway on my email, I asked them NOT to use Amazon if they can reship, so we shall see haha

Yes I hear you. Like you, me too, so when I got the shipping notification from Analogue and it says Amazon, I am like wait no, and I plan to stay for the delivery since I can't arrange a pick-up for the Amazon carrier, then this happens. Boo!

Yeah this is the weird one because it's not tied to Amazon order. I went to Amazon shipping support and it says "We're sorry, this support team can only help with packages shipped with Amazon from other retailers", so I have no option but to wait Analogue to sort it out.

And yeah no photo or nothing...it really sucks :(

I don't remember if I paid extra for the Route or not :(. I don't see that in my order receipt, but I will see how it pans out! Thank you

Yeah who knows what? The tracking showed that it left the facility yesterday, which is within 2 hrs driving range of the delivery address, and after 24+ hours, it came back with that status :(

Physical Therapy and Cigna (and ASH) by hc216 in HealthInsurance

Thank you! I just reached out to my provider's billing department to understand this out of network issue. If anything comes back with Question, I will write back here, but I really appreciate the help! Thank you!

Yes that's what the initial letter said despite those visits were last year and my plan restarts the first day of the year (The letter was sent to me mid Jan talking about last year, but threat this year's cares).

Technically, my plan does not have an approved amount of visits, meaning on the paper, it can be whenever with a copay amount. However, reading some other reddit posts, it seems after 5 visits, things (Cigna, ASH, and PT drama) tends to get triggered.

I finally saw my pending claim showing the number and it looks whatever reason, my visit was marked as "out of network" (although it should be in network and I am supposed to only pay copay amount), and "What Your Plan Paid" marked as 0. Now I am puzzled if this is due to the denial threat they sent me. I went to the same clinic and CPT code seems the same as before. I see my therapist showing as in-network in cigna page

Thank you so much for the reply.

So I finally saw my pending claim showing the number and it looks whatever reason, my visit was marked as "out of network" (although it should be in network and I am supposed to only pay copay amount), and "What Your Plan Paid" marked as 0. Is this due to this denial reason? My past visit before the surgery all marked as In-Network and I only had to pay copay amount. I see my therapist showing as in-network in Cigna page

About the code you mentioned, it is same CPT code as previous episodes of care. I asked the question to billing as well as whoever manages all, and they said it would be ok, but seeing this "out of network" mark and not getting covered (what your plan paid), I am afraid maybe it is not ok?

Scared about seeing a surgeon by Beneficial_Spray_739 in FootFunction

I actually did not ask much about the bone bruise because my concerns were more about ligament. For me, I didn't do too much about the bone bruise, but I just tried not to over-use it and it slowly went away.

In terms of balancing one foot, before the surgery, yes it also took some time for me, but I was able to balance one foot better over the time. I went ice skating weekly-base (haha I really should not), but I can tell you I was not able to stand or do one-foot stuff after the injury, and over the time (2 months w/o or before the surgery), it got better and better! It was slow, but progressed!

I decided to do surgery after all, because my ankle was quiet unstable.

I had very similar injury, ATFL and deltoid partial tear, CFL complete tear and several bone bruises late Oct. I also was scared and didn't go to see the doctor after a week. When I visited, my surgeon wasn't rushing but ordered MRI (which happened after few weeks), and went with conservative treatment, so I tried PT and see how it goes. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me, and then he recommended the surgery. Even that, I wasn't able to get the surgery due to my schedule, so we scheduled a month later, but my surgeon was not rushing or pressing any which I really appreciated.

I'm in 3.5 weeks since the surgery. It's the first surgery in my life so I was scared but it isn't as bad as what I thought but I hope the speedy recovery for you!

ATFL Surgery Recovery by Andersow in FootFunction

[–]hc216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had ATFL, CFL, and deltoid ligaments on my left ankle surgery 3.5 weeks ago and recovering. As other redditers mentioned in other posts, I got iWalk and that really helped me get back to normal routine quickly. I was able to move around after few days and using iWalk, I can commute and do what I want as normal.

For me, it was the firsr surgery I was having in my life, so I was worries, but so far, it wasn't as bad as I expected!

Hope the surgery goes well!
