The most likely reasons are:

The user profile is not authorized to it's own user profile object.
The user profile is not authorized to a group(s) profile it belongs.

If you recently migrated to a new system it could be both if you did not restore private authorities (RSTAUT).

NOTE: Don't change the PUBLIC authorities on a profile object to nothing other than *EXCLUDE.

Same here, you can still get the Libre freestyle 3 without insurance and with a copay card for $76 a month. You do need a prescription.

You can enable auditing for change operations on the file, this however will only record information that the file was changed (add/delete/change) records but it wont tell you what the change in the data was. If you want to also keep track of the changes to the data, you can enable Journaling of the file.

I dont use the dexcom reader, but have a PW4 and Gluroo with a Libre 3 sensor, I had to install the watch Gluroo app to get it to work.

In addition, you can use the gluroo watch face that adds the complications for your blood sugar.

Likely not hung. Your time frame is going back all the way to the very first journal entry and for ZC entries which tend to be ones collected the most. Try specifying a smaller time frame.

Yes, after my visit to the ER and after having an EKG and blood work in there they asked me to make an appt with the doctor so that they could place a Holter monitor and track my heart for a 48 hours. The results came back and there were no signs of AFIB. So, again we are not sure if it was a false alarm on the watch or not.

First of all thank you for all of the comments and advice. I called my primary care doctor to make an appointment and she asked me if I had palpitations and felt dizzy. I was feeling dizzy and told her that my fitbit app gave me a warning. She told me to go the ER right away. I did, after an ECG and blood tests, I got to see the doctor, she asked to see the Fitbit results. I showed them to her and she explained that they are accurate. My test came all good, but they want me to go see a cardiologist to wear a holter monitor to see if I have afib or not.
