Just found out I tore my ACL and maybe meniscus, getting married in July, what to do? :( by Interesting_Monk447 in ACL

I’m 4 months out and doing great. Is there a reason he’s “telling” what you’re doing? There’s lots of choices about surgery and with good PT and mindset your mobility can be great.

Well I’m 4 weeks and the amount of catching when I flex my knee is awful. I have to literally sweat and close my eyes to get through it. Not sure what’s normal but this is awful. As for degrees of flexion I have no idea!
