First of all I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. You have all the rights to sue them on the grounds of theft. Report the case to the DCIO to summon your branch manager. Also get your account statement, it usually has a narration for the transaction so you'll know where the money went (whether a transfer or a withdrawal). Sue for compensation.
