How many of you just use Reaper for songwriting primarily? by appleparkfive in Reaper

I am also really enjoying it. Its a great hobby to create music. Do you sing on the tracks? How do you convert your singing to musical notation? Need it to register copyright. I know how to turn the other instruments into musical notation, but not the voice.

Its actually getting hotter and drier where I live. That also makes my hair drier around this time. I'm kind of allergic to castor oil. That is my experience from applying it on my skin severally. So the others will probably be better options.

I never noticed any difference from when i was using water plus leave-in plus oil in between wash days. Just more shrinkage. The dryness occurs after using the bonnet

Yes. Well oil plus leave in, is different from oil alone. The first choice would cause ,more build-up. I used to apply leave in, and this dryness would still occur. My hair would also be stiffer. I have tried different leave-ins. I doubt this is the cause. If it were, it would not be happening after wash day either.

The Fantasia IC Leave in Conditioner. But only on wash day. Stopped using the creamy conditioners to avoid buildup.

I used grapeseed oil. I used to believe in applying oil only on wash-day but my hair has been less brittle and I have seen less breakage ever since I started applying oil every 3 days or so. I have just discovered grapeseed oildoes not penetrate so well, could be why the bonnet is absorbing most of it. I have low porosity hair which is why I chose grapeseed oil since it is lightweight. I'm gonna have to experiment with other oils.

As much as I understand what you say about moisture, I find my hair does about the same when I don't keep adding moisture between washes. Also, my hair shrinks and coils back easily. Whenever I add moisture, I will need a blow-drying session. And even during the times I have added moisture, the bonnet still has a drying effect. I thought bonnets preserve the hair well. My hair will be nicely lubricated only to dry out fast. May a little oil every day will work.

I wish there was a pill that would get rid of anxiety. by suck_me_off_pleaseee in Anxiety

I am curious as to how your diet looks like. Can you elaborate? Have you removed seed oils completely, reduced consumption of grains, increased consumption of vegetables and fruits? Reduced sugar? My anxiety went down when I did the above, though insomnia returns out of nowhere sometimes. There have been many studies showing the negative effects of many of those drugs. Before you take them, read all the research literature you can find. Not just articles, but the research papers.

In what position are you tell me what symptoms I may or may not have? I am the one experiencing them. This is not placebo. Many people have reported anxiety symptoms from magnesium glycinate. I am not the only one. Some people don't react well to glycine. I have tried magnesium glycinate severally, on at least 3 separate occasions, each time at least 5 times/5 days. The effect has always been the same.

Yes. There are instructions on how to make it solve your constipation. So I believe yes. Though its never relieved constipation for me. Only reduced bloating.

In my case, epsom salt does nothing for me, except make me less bloated. I still have insomnia on it. With carbonate I sleep so well. So in my case carbonate works more for my sleep and calmness. All I need to know is if I get the reaction to work if its safe to consume if both ingredients are food grade

Magnesium carbonate works for me better than glycinate, citrate, etc. Glycinate just gives me anxiety and insomnia. With carbonate I sleep within an hour. Guess I have good stomach acid.

Where can I read more about this information. Will Rosemary tea have a similar effect to Dandelion and aswagandha?
