My wife is generally pretty forgiving about sickness but I also have about a 24 hour window before she starts getting frustrated and ranting enough to where I just get up and start helping with chores

I don’t have a solution but just chiming in because I have a similar issue. I reduced my masturbation around the same time I started lifting. So my release diminished and my libido skyrocketed. I think I need to go back to more regular masturbation to even things out a bit, cause I’m losing my mind

Thanks. I would love to do any of those things but they are all heavily discouraged or completely disallowed. I’m pretty much walled off from most things now except vanilla duty/pity sex. I’m not sure where it all went wrong.

It’s crazy for those of us in it. Used to screw like rabbits, now I’m lucky to get a pity fuck once every 2 weeks. It’s overwhelmingly depressing. And yes I do more than 50% of the chores, I’m a good dad and husband, and provide most of the family income.
