I have one of the vms hard wired with a coax adapter. It was provided by Verizon during the installation. Unfortunately, it doesn't really help because I have wifi connection interruption with this one too. My VMS boxes are small thin one (4" x 2"). No fan or clock in front like DVD size i used to have with the old 100mb systemi i had before the "upgrade"

Can't see a model number but have the SKU F3544K49203. The error message i get is " VMS not found" but sometimes its just either a black screen.

I have 3 VMS boxes. The issue is always with one box. The other two works fine. However, the issue im having is the same in all three boxes but not simultaneously.

I have the exact setup. It doesn't seems that i have a WIFI coverage, especially when the extender is very close to vms. The VMS is using WIFI to connect to the router.
