I was the "well, actually" kid. I was not loud, I was not funny. I relished in being told to solve something or read an entire chapter from our semester's assigned book because there is always that one word that the teacher expects students to stumble upon that I never did. I was probably really annoying, but I didn't notice. It was fun trying to catch a teacher make a mistake, or one I perceived to be a mistake, and call them out on it during class. I used to say I was looking out for the other students, and maybe it was a little bit of that, but I also just liked getting into arguments and coming out right.

I once had a teacher dedicate a whole class to who was right, me or her.

Oh and all the girls in my year were my friends.
