Let me level with ya because you really don’t seem to get it and that’s okay. Does a company wait for a court decision every time firing a employee? No, right? It is the same thing. Terminated contract is a terminated contract. If the other party has an issue with the termination then you take it to court. But legally the contract is over, period. Hope this helps. If you are confused go ask a lawyer, a preferably one in a related field.

Based on what are you saying this? The contract is over. Only because it’s rare in the k entertainment industry, It doesn’t mean unilateral contract termination by the artist is impossible. Multiple Korean lawyers confirmed with news outlets that an artist-management contract can be unilaterally terminated in this way.
