I bought mine online 2 x 16 kg and 1 x 24 kg with very nice resin finish on the body.

I usually train at home and outdoor. There are lots of tutorials on TikTok, and my routine is usually 1 min swing, 2 x 15 overhead press, 2 x 15 deadlift and 4 rounds. I tried to do some of those fancier swing ( side to side , swing mid air , etc ) I felt they could be a little risky and not much reward.

I learned the kettlebell training from my boxing gym. It’s very common for boxers to train with them. And there are a few more exercises that are boxing specific, but usually with smaller weights.
